Guys,

What's your advice on the Maughy's drop kit for Ram SRT-10? There is a local custom shop here called Grunion they install and sell this kit. I found this on their web site. The regular price is $472.11, but on sale for $313.95. They are big in the industry.

McGaughy's prides themselves in their reputation for their parts being a bolt on installation and making sure the entire lowering kit works hand in had with necessary factory componants. They have won the the Design Award at SEMA for "Most Innovative Product of the Year" from General Motors because of this attention to detail and dedication to quality while always keeping the consumer in mind. All of this shows why McGaughys suspension parts have been the leader in the lowering suspension market for 24 years.

they have had their kits out since the SRT-10's came out.

sounds like a good deal/setup

as far as i know they are a reputable dealer. i have seen many trucks including 10's with it. there was an article in trucks magazine a couple weeks or a month ago that put it on a QC srt-10. it is pretty straight forward and was around 500 for the kit, and they spent another 500 on a compressor and fittings i think, for towing purposses (2/4 drop)

like i said seen many 10s with it and yet to herar a complaint. JMHO,

good luck bro

Does ANYBODY make or know of a dropped spindle for these trucks? I want to drop front 1" & figure dropping spindle would be better for long term & reduce possible front end issues. Have seen spindle drops but they have all been for 1500 series RAMS, what is main difference between them & ours? Want to buy Stinkers kit if spindle drop not available, Have heard of all kinds of alignment, etc, issues with some other kits from some of these suspension dealers.

bo I actually have springs now that only drop the front a little about an inch, jsut shoot me an email or , well most know where to find me

the mghauys is a kit for hemis,

I got the mcgauhy's 2/4 drop kit for my truck. I put it on on Friday and took it off Monday. Roughest ride. Seemed like it bottomed out on ever bump.

I gotta say, I've never heard any complaints about the JTSVP drop kits. They give the 10 a really nice stance. I think you need to give Stinker a shout before getting into McGauhy's stuff. Plus you'd be getting definate quality.
