Do we have a line on a tent yet?
The one last year was great, but with as many trucks showing up this year, we may want to get a 2nd (smaller) one. Just a thought.

Also, whomever does the tent, could you PLEASE ask the event folks if we could use Gate B to enter? That way we don't have to have gigantic trucks travelling through the entire event in order to get to our tent.

I wrote to the Manager about the other gate, track questions, and various fees we paid. The only thing he said about the other gate was that it was for Police and Emergency vehicles. Yes, I did use the 'safety' word about the small amount of room there is driving through the crowds to get to our tents. I think he feels if he opens it to us, then everyone will want to use it and then it becomes even more of a safety issue.

And Doneo, never got a reply from you about the fees (highest of all of us) that you paid. The manager wanted to know the exact details of what went on at the gate. He said they had problems in the past of the gate people pocketing money.

He did ask us not to bring the scooters back however.

hey guys just kicking a few things around, as hard as it was to get the trucks in and out of the tent last year would it be better to get a tent that we all could sit under and congregate also at least one night we ought to cook burgers and have chips around the tent that would make it easier than trying to get this whole group in a restaraunt. we cant go without the wing eating this year. round two of the ken and izzy show. agree with kevan on the gate too. that'd be way to cool also on keeping bone off the scooter, he looked like mikey and kramer had gotten a hold of him.
