Guys if its alright with ya'll (you guys for unsouthern people ) I can fill 2 of the spots with Mopar cars to keep the tent size the same. I have preapproved 150 a piece from them and one of them will bring my golf cart so we can ride around Let me know what you think..if I have to I will pay 150 a piece for all 5 of my spots to keep the same size tent.

That sounds good David but leaves a potential of three spots still unfilled.The #3 vacancy and Eagle and Joe who are MIA.

Stinker ,Boomer `s double space ,Blakewilder and bikertat are unpaid and the deadline is 10+ hours away.We will see.

Yes you can get in on the tent. Tonight at midnight is the deadline.Copy and paste the latest list and put your name in slot #3, Tom will let us know a final payment amount,somewhere between 120 and 150 I imagine.

This is the revised list, I have not heard from avmech so I removed him and added Not a Hemi. Tom let us know a total per spot so we can square up.

According to my feeble calculations the tent is 2400.00 plus 6% is 2544.00 divided by 19 = 134.00 per spot plus whatever paypal fees we owe. The web page shows a 180 X 40 tent = 2400.00

I posted this on the DTW forum to see if we can fill some spots from there.It isn`t looking good here.

We could always fill some there @ $175.00 a spot when people show up and see how brutal the sun is at the track.This would help recoup our money from the people that did not pay.
