Very thin spread on toast as it is strong flavour. One of two health boosts to have in the pantry at all times. The other is bush blend honey.
I am home this week with pneumonia, so now that I can eat, I will be having some on toast for lunch.

Back on subject. I wrapped my coated headers and wow the under hood temp has just gone. I can touch the headers and not get burnt. Well worth the grief of wrapping.

Lunch today
NZ butter, all our dairy farms are pasture fed hence the yellow colour. No factory farms.
Bread, most bread is made between midnight and 3am and delivered to supermarkets before they open. Taken off shelves after 2 days and goes to pig food.
The honey, this variety is from a native bush area from the flowers of the Rewarewa trees
The Vegemite, just a light spread, I like it heavier than most, maybe a teaspoon.
All washed down with a glass of Coke Zero hahaha.

The real manuka only honey is hard to get because bees don't care where they visit. There are plenty of bush blend honey out there at a fraction of the price.

Just beware when eating Honey produced in other areas than you live in .. The pollen from the bees will be different and can cause allergic reactions .
