Me likes the sound.. That gas station looks real familiar.. Like I've seen it on YouTube before with a nasty sounding red RC taking off from it..

maybe......:D

I imagine it must really heat up the floor of the truck! Have done some heat shielding?

Nope that was part of the R&D as well, whether it would heat up the truck. Well let's put it this way, I live in Texas and it has sustained the 100 plus degree weather without ANY additional interior warming. The mufflers are actually cooled while driving in the location they are in.;)

she sounded sweet at the track:rock: your tryin to improve on that?????

one thing i did notice on the photo from the assend, the fuel tank can be moved to the right side, ummmm

:burnout: :burnout: :burnout:

It is the same setup you witnessed Carl when we were cruising the Texas Motor Speedway at 120. I also have been making plans to relocate the tank to the pass side to aid in traction for us tractionally impaired.:marchmellow:

Looks like the way eddie ran his side pipes. Under the frames. Doesn't toole do his different?

The deepest sound i've heard is the MBRP single. Also has a killer idle.

I'd love to have kept and finished the side exhaust on the silver truck but the fumes were too much and my kids are always in the truck with either me or Ali.

Then there was the magnaflow bullets, to dang loud. If i would have kept the side set up i would have gone with the Aero Turbine resonated muffler.

If i don't gain any HP with the magnaflow I will put my MBRP back on and add a 4" aero turbine resonated muffler.

The fumes were a problem until I got the pipes out from under the cab. Now the go to the bed and exit there so the fumes are back far enough and are blown away. Even at idle at a light there isn't so much as a whiff!

ALright guys that have been waiting on the muffler of choise for my side exhaust kit! MMagnaflow......nope,,, MMopar...... nope,,, .......FlowMMaster.....nope...... Well those of you I told were close you really were it started with an M! It's MAC! I've used them for customers in the past on Mustangs,Vettes, Camaros,TAs and GTOs and now for the Viper 10. It really does sound like sex. It does have the 1500-1800 rpm drone that every system has but before and after that it is Deep, Mean and very V-8 sounding. During the drone it sounds nothing short of a Cummins Diesel with a huge exhaust kit. Some of you whom are doing your own exhausts should love it and I can only imagine the mufflers on a Six Speed RC! They should freakin rock. I lost the decel popping just form the muffler and tailpipes. I hated that sound although many of you love it. It has NO raspy, tinny sound whatsoever.

Do you have a part number? I believe they also make them in stainless.

so its like having no muffler?
Nope not at all, I couldn't stand that, and I've heard them mufflerless before. Mine does indeed have 2 mufflers and they are Mac 3" and are the size of a Flowmaster 2 chamber I'd say. So it is definitley muffled.

i need to get a new shot of my exhaust.. with the H pipe it souds so diffrent!
