You may want to think about spark plug replacement. The reason the gap was increased is because of wear to the center electrode.

They were new

The plugs were somewhat new I had read that i wanted them gapped at .045 so I left them how they came

What should the gap be?

Is .035 ok to leave them at?
It seams to be running better then ever...

all i know is no one should ever use E3 spark plugs (in my opinion and experience) in an expensive/high performance/boosted engine...EVER. All but one of my plugs grenaded.
