If it is the level I am thinking of, you have to unscramble the letters to spell the password. One of them like that it was unscrambled to spell "special".

ha ha. got it in less than a couple minutes
I just clicked all the boxes starting with the top left one. Clicked all of them in a clockwise pattern. Then it displayed what looked like an enter key in the center. Typed enter or return I believe.
