What color did you finally paint it? i'd have sanded her down to remove the "specs" and splashed on a couple or 3 coats of clear. there would be lots of room for polishing!! Black is the best color!!!

my uncle has a studebaker with chevy 454 thats john deer green and yellow down in chauvin, la man that thing is sweet . will look to see if i have pics somewhere
