New Turbo Manifolds

Just thought I'd share what my new turbo manifolds look like that I had Tony make for me. Shouldnt be too long before I'm pushing my tt's again.

I know .... Me too. Thinking of buying a welding machine and just start messing around and practicing to learn.

Lol! I was thinking of ceramic coating them but the more I think about it the more I think I'd like the natural stainless look.

tig or mig.....i have been wanting to get one tooo....was actually thinking about taking a class at the college!!!!its like only half a mile down the street

I like the way they look too. But stainless run hot, those are short manifold and are tight to the engine. Ceramic will work wonders to keep that heat down around your spark plug boots and valve covers. I'd hate to try it like this for a while and then see a problem and have to take everything apart again.

Did Tony actually weld those up himself? Or did he get someone to make them up for him? They are nicely done, I would ceramic coat them for sure,they would look really nice all shiney!:rock:

anyone can mig weld other wise known as wire feed welding ,,,doing tig and a good job doing it is the schnitzel stuff ,,,also known as rolling nickles when doing aluminum welding ,,i could teach you Dom ,,but then you would have to let me kick you in your junk many times for payment ,,lol :rock: buy you a good miller welder then start practicing ,,,

Yeah I read that, but just cause he said Tony made them doesn't mean much,Tony gets a pile of stuff made for him and everyone classify's that as Tony made it because they bought it from him,that's all.
