I take full responsibility for Brad not having any time to work on this, He has been working with me on a condo in Brentwood and will start on a house in Pasadena Thursday and more then likely he will be hard at work for many months to come working with me

I have to say you guys live up to your magasine reviews. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and profession you bring to your job. I've been in the real estate / property management business for over 20 years and have to say you guys are on top of your trade. I would highly recommend you to anyone that needed a property facelift.
