New york here we come!

Hi everyone,
It's Tania and J.T. After enjoying the last few years mastering the home staging business through our Los Angeles based company,we have chosen to close up and move to New York to be with our family!
We re going to move quickly. We are not sure what we are going to do in New York. I have experience in management consulting and I've been doing interior design through my company. We just finished designing an $8.2 million dollar estate for Darren Dreifort in the prestigious neighborhood of San Marino. We are both great life coaches. Does anyone have any ideas for us? We are going to be in Jamesport , at the beach at first. Any members close by?

I know the LA people suck sometimes as I have experienced over the last 3 months with certain employees. Thanks guy's , It has been a pleasure to have meet all of you If you want to really help me :dontknow: find a buyer for our company lot of potential to make great money 1% of the selling price is the genral price to charge to stage plus a monthly service charge ...also opportunity make a profit on selling inventory to interested clients. so money to be made from three sources: staging, monthly charges and sale of inventory. It is a very creative business. So, if you are creative and like designing interiors, it is so much fun.As opposed to being an interior designer who must please the taste of the client, here, you get to do what you feel is right. It is actually written in the contract that you get the final say of what goes into the house. So you can do whatever you want.Let those creative juices flow! No job is ever the same. You can work as much or as little as you want. You are your own boss. You meet great people and you are thought of as a miracle maker as their houses sell so quickly. It is a real feel good to make the difference.... We are leaving town and Ii will give some one a great deal 350K + in inventory and all the experience we have had. There is a storage facility, contracts,insurance, all the sources of where to buy the inventory and the relationships we have established. As in all business it took a while to establish ourselves as the best. We've done the work now you can fly with it. We are known as the top staging company. It has been an exhilarating business. Perhaps Mike would like to buy it for his wife?

Everything in life is timing. I have personnally seen your company do outstanding work. You know since I've helped a little here and there. If I had the money to buy the business I would not hesitate. I will ask around if anybody is interested in your business.
