My dealer put in 10 even after I repeatedly told them that it only held 8.5.He pulled out his manual and it was 10 for a rebuild situation,but only 8.75 for normal changes.I insisted he drain out 1 1/2 qts.He was cool about it though.Said it was my truck and if that was what I wanted,that was what he would do.
