Oil pressure issue * video inside*

Hey guys,

Having an oil pressure issue. Pressure staying around 25 when driving and dropping super low when stopping at red lights. When first starting up is shooting up to 50-75. Also check gauges light coming on when gauge drops close to 0. What's the issue?

Are you POSITIVE it is FULL of oil?
If it is FULL of oil and the engine isn't unusually noisy, you may just have a faulty oil pressure sending unit (easy to change). It lives on the passenger side of block near the oil cooler hoses closer to the front of the engine.

Double checked the oil this morning and it was full... But it sure does seem Like it's driving like it's low

Stop driving it until you can confirm the pressure is ok.
