I know there was a thread for this already, but nobody has posted there for almost 3 years. So...

When I first got the truck I searched for every combination I could think of with VPR MTR, VPR PWR, VPR TRK, QWIK TRK, FAST TRK, and a whole lot of others. Pretty much anything good has already been taken in California. About 2 1/2 months ago I was looking at the DMV personalized plate site just for fun, and found this! Somebody must have turned it in when they sold whatever it was on. I ordered it and just got the magic ticket yesterday. I've been like a little kid waiting for Santa to show.

I had to share.

Now that's funny right there. I don't care who you are. (Larry the cable guy) Lol
I used to fit in a Viper but it has been quite a few years since I drove one. Do you know what I am saying?

Yep, at 270 and 6"6 I do know what you are saying.

We have a really draconian system in the UK that makes getting hold of SRT 10 or similar on a number plate a pastime for millionaires only.

Some people juggle around the correct spacings and add screw caps to misrepresent numbers, all illegal and a little 'wrong' to me. Looks a little cheap in my opinion but I maybe wrong...!

I managed to get S10 VPR for sensible money which looks great on the truck.

Shame we need front plates here too.

finally decided on plates and mailed them off, waiting to see if it gets approved, not posting it so as not to jinx it……………… i hope

Here are mine. Not too original but I like them :)

Unbelievable attention. Especially from the gals (all ages). They grin then look to see who's driving. I give a big smile and then point to my bride in the passenger seat. :D The guys either give a thumbs up or shake their head in disbelief. Could be cause it is an old geezer driving. :dontknow:

Thanks, I like it because I think it gets right to the point. No that's not MDR, it's Dana Point, but hard to tell from the pic.
