Was just thinking of doing something similar with mine this morning.
What kind of LED strip did you get and where?

I got my LED strips off ebay and have had them in my truck for about 2 years now

The rings came from Advanced Automotive Concepts out of Louisana, They make all different colors, These are their SMD led halo rings in the dual color but they also make ccfl halos with a single color that look really cool too.

Fahrenheit is a member on this forum with the new 5.0 mustang. He had AAC custom make them. Maybe he can give you more details.
