I think 96 was the only year of that combo. That is the only viper I have seen that I liked with stripes.....

Dreams do come true!! I owned an '01 Sapphire/silver stripe GTS for maybe a year...my dream car at the time.

Congrats on the new ride, be aware that its a completely different animal when compared to the truck. Its got a tad less power but much less weight so its easier to get into trouble with.
