My conclusion:
There are too many unexplained factors in this guys ad and situation regarding his SRT10:
1: No police report with the CHP or with the local Sherrifs.
2: None of the officials at the Ironwood or Big Horn Country Clubs remember any accident involving his truck or helicopters airlifting his truck out.
3: If his truck was airlifted out of the described area then Ironwood Country Club or Big Horn must have known about it. Also the police must have known about it as well due to policy requirements to airlift vehicles out of the mountain side.
4: There is no record of an order from the State Of California stating he has a certain time frame to get his vehicle out or be charged $2000.00 for the state to recover his vehicle. Police officials have told me personally that if a vehicle can't be recovered by normal means then the police hike down to the accident site and spray paint markings on the debris for identification purposes and just leave it there.
5: Since we recieved the email from Richard Cavalera ([email protected]) yesterday we have responded to his email and asked him what company or individual took his truck because I'm sure they are probably selling parts that our forum members might be interested in. He has still not responded to our email.
6: Who would pay $9000 for his truck if it went down the steep mountainside in a mangled mess and also make arrangements to have it airlifted out at a further expense to add to the $9000.
7. There are many other unexplained things in this story to keep listing but I have to call this one a Fraud.
Feel free to email this guy.
