Price to ask

I can get as much as 12-13 IN TOWN if im just puttin around. when i went to Chi_town i got 17.4 mpg on the interstate in 6th. my work truck gets an average of 10.4 and my ride to work is all interstate.

If you ask me it is a small price to pay for my dream truck

And i agree, nobody buys one of these without atleast doin a little research or they have way too much money. if thats the case, hey, give me some.

I know some guys on here sell their trucks, usually things in their lives require it and there is no hard feelings and everyone on here actually tries to help them. But when you come on here trying to impress and get in everyones good graces on the day you join, telling how this is your longtime "Dream" truck, bragging on his great deal, massaging your ego the whole time. Then almost instantly "Boom" its up for sale and hes actually starts fishing to to sell it on the same post. Gas mileage in 2 days broke his love affair with his "Dream" truck, bull shit. Then he mentions that he has another daily driver, wow, a real gas miser Nissan Z that hadn't been mentioned before. He could have driven it everyday for 2 years at 6.00 a gallon and still made a profit. "Dream" truck my ass, good riddance. Like I said I hate to be a Dick, but after reading this post for 2 days I couldn't stand it anymore. I know I haven't been on here very long and if I offended anyone (other than the "Dream" truck buyer) I apologize. I kind of felt bad about calling him out. Also if Mr. "Dream" truck keeps his truck, I'll apologize to him too.:driver:

You only live once and if you are going to be a bear, be a grizzly.

Well if he sells it right now he is a fool.

I would wait for gas prices to drop, keep the truck with low miles and make alot more in a year or so......

I have been looking at these trucks online, and even the prices from dealerships are dropping.

that's what got me...

i think you should collect your thoughts for a few days...then post something:flute::flute::flute::flute:

oh wait :D :D :D :D....:vroam::vroam::vroam:

i was thinking it, tho;)

it was only on a select few trucks:sheep::sheep::sheep:

If he would have come on here and been honest and said he got a good deal on the truck and was looking to sell, everyone would have helped him. If I would have ran across that deal, I would have sold it, wouldn't have bragged about it and immediately found a Yellow Fever or a red 2005 to buy to go with my black 2004.

I was honest and said I got a good deal. And I believe I have nothing to brag about and never meant to come across that way because it took most of the money I had saved up to buy the truck. And with this whole "Dream Truck" thing you guys are playin around with, yes, i do consider it my dream truck, but by no means would have paid the amount of money it's really worth to get one. And yes, gas mileage is a factor to me...so I will sit on the truck and leave it parked for a while, keeping miles down, and put it for sale sometime in the future. No harm done guys, and thanks for those who don't hate.

What ever you choose to do is cool with me cause it was your money :D

I would like to see you sit on it myself, get a better time to sell and make more money for your self. thats just me tho.

But by all means take her out every bluemoon and drive it

No hate involved. Could be I misread your posts. I really don't care if you bought it sell or bought it to keep and its really none of my business. You got a really good deal, we all know it. It's your money and its your truck to do with what you want. The time period from joining the site, asking questions about what the truck was worth, purchase of truck to fishing around for a sale price just seems a little sketchy. The thread starts with "Price to ask" I guess I misunderstood. I've seen guys hammered on this forum for alot less. That is the reason for the number required posts you have to have before you can list an item for sale. If you don't like the gas mileage wait until you change the oil.
Again, no hate involved. I said if I was wrong, I would Apologize.

Now go enjoy your new truck. Its cold & rainy or mine would be out.
