QC Aftermarket JL audio 10" sub box and amp question

Do any of you know if the factory Infinity Amp will power a 250 RMS JL AUdio W3 10"? i wanted to drop it into the Infinity sub box but don't know if the box has enough airspace or if the amp is strong enough...

It will power the JL. not fully but close. Is it a dual 4 ohm speaker? If not you risk burning the amp up!

I kind of doubt it, but how come you aren't looking at the JL Stealth Sub, fits under the passenger side of your rear seat and ROCKS. I had one in my Hemi QC, great sound.

Plus if you have any women sitting back there, it brings a smile to their faces. LOL

I was thinking about the stealth box but i think the Infinity sub box has almost the same air space (maybe a little less) as the JL needs. I have a 10' W3 dual 2ohm voice coils....i also have the 500/1 JL amp but didn't want to have to go through the trouble of wiring it, and it is a lilttle more power than that sub needs....sounds like i should try to trade my amp D mono class for a multi channel sub/door amp
