My stock 05QC did 13.5 and was able to get 13.0 with a Stage 2 PCM piggy backed with a vec3, hi flow mids, magnaflow CB, 170 T stat, Volant CAI, and all on 91 pump gas.

With tuning for 100 octane race gas I would have been in the mid ti high 12's.

I ran 13.2 At sea level. Weather was not that cold either and this was before the headers. So assuming super cold weather, headers, and Traction, Yes I think high 12's is definately there.
