Raced a Dodge Viper today

Had two runs from a 40 roll today with a Viper.

The first run (no vid) I manually shifted from 2nd to drive but over shot drive and put it in neutral and he got ahead of me by two car lengths. I was starting to reel him in but we shut it down.

The second run (in vid) I started in 2nd again and got a little squirrely off the hit so he got about a car length on me from the start. I manually shifted into drive and started to reel him in. By the time I started to catch up he shut it down. I was at his fender/door area when he shut it down.

Not sure. As far as I know its stock. He did mention that he had a 150 shot on it but took it off.

In my experience trying to plant over 700 ft/lbs of torque from a dig doesnt work well in the street on hankooks. Im sure he would have had traction issues as well.
