Thanks for the information.
The SRT-10 rears are Dana 60 so they are tougher than the 9.25, a plus.
They have the 3rd shock set-up for wheel hop control, a plus.
They look to have a built in slapper to control axle wind up, a plus.
The 05 has the 4.56 gear, a plus.
The leaf is on the bottom of the axle thus its lower, a plus.
Not sure but I believe the rear brakes are better.
Cover is finned for better cooling, a plus.
The complete rear can be purchased for under a grand so for the price and performance increase I think that it's really not a bad deal. I might be wrong.:dontknow:

They're not true Dana 60's. They are 35 spline from the factory which is nice but most are changing them because there are no lockers available for the stock SRT10 axle, also no other brake options for those looking to run slicks. So you're stuck with spider gears which are fragile with drag radials and brakes that are too big for a real slick.
