If you aren't changing heads, NO, there is no miracle cam out there because the cam these engines come with is closely matched to the 270 c.f.m. the o.e.m. heads flow; That is why changing the cam doesn't provide much of a power increase at all, and I.M.H.O., isn't worth the time and expense to change if you are running with stock heads, unless you are doing it for some reason other than an increase in power. (A short explanation packed into one long sentence).
