Marty this is not badgering you at all, I think you are a good person, and very knowledgable, butI think this group buy also overwhelmed you a little
but as a warning let me tell you a little.......
We had a vendor at one time, everyone thought they was the king of the SRT trucks, but..........
He would take the money, then it may be 2-6 months before the product arrived.
There was no customer service at all, no phone calls, emails, pms, were returned, only after many attempts all many got was angry answers.
Eventually this vendor lost, the members here lost faith, lost hope, they jsut wanted one thing........communication.
So if ya want these guys to trust you, believe in you, and buy more from you , you really only have to do one thing........communicate.
Take 30 minutes in the evening, return the pms, or set a time and let most know when you will be on the site to answer questions.
Basically if they can get to ya, the will fill a ton better.
I know things get hectict around the shop, calls missed, notes lost, and so on.
So I have no doubt that there has been calls and emails that have been missed, so if ya want these guys happy and smiling...........
