you are 100% right not only on the dyno results, but on the street,, big difference on the take off!!:burnout:FlyingLow said:These SCT's won't get you super big gains for overall HP and TRQ. But you will see large gains in the lower RPM bands. Post up your dyno sheet. Go look at the 2500-3500 RPM's and I bet you will see 50+ RWHP gains.
so what kind of difference are you talkin about on a fully loaded dynojet dyno...........to a mustang dyno......no more then 15 -20% im suremsdnga said:We finished the SRT 10 STS Ram an hour ago. 5 lbs of boost on the Mustang Dyno and he has 418hp and 545tq. We removed the VEC, kept his timing low and pulled alot of fuel with the injectors and 2 bar map.
Before anyone replies this is low, keep in mind we are on a loading dyno, not the Dynojet. I am sure someone in here will enlighten folks what that exactly means.

so 418 hp and 545 tq would translate to..................480.7hp and 626tqrottenronnie said:I just went through this when I did some pulls on a Mustang Dyno after my mods.
Popular consensus is a Mustang is 15% lower than a Dynojet.
in my case 492 HP translates to 566 on a Dynoje.

My last wxperiance was with the silver truck a few years ago, on a Mustang dyno it put down 444rwhp and the next day on a DynoJet it put down 450rwhp. This is typical of what I have seen over the years.
