Does anyone know where I can find a new shifter isolator? The rubber piece that goes in between the shifter handle and the shifter itself. Mine is completely disintegrated and the handle just slops side to side. I’ve called Hurst and they’re useless told me they don’t have any info or sell parts for their products that were sold to OEM for use in production vehicles so they don’t even have a diagram to try and cross reference a part from another shifter. Thanks

Listen, this is the news on shifters. I grew up down the street from where Hurst Shifters started and pretty much swore by them for long years, but I replaced that worthless sloppy, junker from Hurst with the nicest shifter I've ever used all time. It is a Venom Performance shifter from Venom Performance. Call Tony, He is all about Viper trucks big time. I've purchased a lot of stuff from him. Very knowledgeable guy. He's also a member. FANTASTIC SHIFTER! I also used a bronze cup instead of the nylon junk. Outstanding.

That's a good idea!! They claim for what it's worth that keeping the used stock parts make for added value in the eyes of a collector

Venom Performance shifter, fixes 3rd gear issue and a lot more. Venom Performance shifter makes a Hurst kindergarten crap.
Venom's shifter is the best I've ever used in my 76 years of banging gears faster than lightning. Get a Venom shifter and you will instantly be a believer when you get it adjusted for your taste. Top quality very well made and definitely looks it.

Tony AKA: Stinker . when he was on here and as a vendor he also owned and built the first twin turbo ( the Brutal 10 he called his truck .. , JTSVP usually can get anything you need ,, and has upgrade shifters that get rid of the factory slop shifting , factory third gear I believe has been a big problem over the years so he made one .. give him a call ,, the number is on the website , he’s a really decent person .

Tony at JTSVP is different than Venom performance.. Tony is the man to talk to .. His knowledge and performance parts are top quality and he makes sure of it …

I know I'm about a year late for this, but for anyone else that is looking for a replacement isolator for their SRT-10, and has access to a 3D printer, I created a 3D printable version of the factory isolator (made from TPU). Its available for free on Thingiverse for anyone who is interested. I will continue to update it if I ever have any issues with mine. I will likely be creating more files to fix other issues on the truck for discontinued parts and post them there for anyone who is interested. And if you there is part on your truck that is broken and you need a CAD file for, hit me up, I might be able to make a CAD file for it.
