So I unplugged my battery when I left for vacation now she won't pass smog any suggestions

Any codes?? How long was it unplugged??? Drive for a few hundred miles and re=check.

probably just need to drive her to reset all the trip thingies

You need to put on about 50 miles. The PCM does not have any driving data to show. So it's showing up as not OBD II ready.

You also need to run 3-5 full "Drive Cycles". All will need to be from a "cold" start and be sure to have the fuel tank at 3/4.

Like the others have suggested, disconnecting the battery has reset the monitors in the PCM. Drive for about 100-150 miles and 3-5 drive cycles and it will pass.

Do you have a check engine light? If so that needs to be repaired before the monitors will set in the PCM and allow it to pass a smog check.
