Ahem, and now for those of us that don't have dimestore senses of humor and soundbite mentalities.
The STS systems have been working quite well on the other vehicles that they make them for. I have beaten the livin' crap out of our STS equipped Vette for thousands of miles since the install, without issue. (Please don't give me another lecture about the different design equating to failure, monkey man.

STS has sucessfully proven the concept on many other vehicles.)
The problem lies with the tuning solution, and STS is hardly the only one to experience failures. ALL of the best tuners in the Viper market have had failures. Tuning solutions for turbocharging on this vehicle take substantial R&D, as well as trial and error.
(And may I remind all of you that it was Roe Racing that was contracted to develop and test that portion of the STS system.)
I am not trying to make light of the engine failures for the members here who ran the STS system. It hurts the pocketbook just thinking about it. What you don't hear about are those who are still running the system (albeit some have had to go through some troubleshooting that they really shouldn't have been burdened with) who have not had engine problems. But it's much easier to remember the bad stuff, isn't it.
Now, why not get back to beating a redheaded stepchild. Doesn't Hennessey have red hair?
