I'm looking for a Stage II flash for a '05 QC. I called DC and didn't get an answer. Called B&G and I was told that I had to supply the PCM. I really would like a separte PCM in case I don't like it all that much. Please advise. :burnout:

Without a doubt, you will like it. Most shave off close to 1 second in the 1/4 mile.

If you are correct then I would get a 12.5 1/4 mile time on a stock QC with only the K&N CAI and the Stage 2. That would rock. Finalize my NO2 with a 150 shot , DR's and Race Gas and I should be in the 11's.

13.5! Maybe your truck already has some special tuning. That's a great time.

I'll go ahead with the Mopar Connection. I won't support any vendor that tries to undermine another. I've seen one specific vendor here try to post on other vendor forums and also slam another's products. Add that to the fact that he can't answer pms or return phone calls and it just equals a turd.

We had the right conditions at Famosa Racetrack. Famosa has a "sticky" track that is very well maintained. Nowwhat even set the world record for the fastest SRT10 at 10.7   AWDisuzu set his personal best time of 12.0   The Mopar Connection "Robert" ran 12.8 all day long on his NA SRT10:rock:  And I set my personal best of 13.568:rock:

Can't wait to get the Stage 2 from The Mopar Connection and make another run at Famosa. I should get it from Robert by This Wednesday. Thats a 1 week turnaround from phone call to install. Thats what I call customer service.

No special tuning, all stock just a K&N CAI with 26K Hard miles on her. I might have one of those factory freaks.:dontknow: What should a stock 05 QC get in the 1/4 mile?

Brad

my best time was a 8.8 in the 1/8th and that was with a paper filter. My best quarter is a 14.1 but my 60s are consistently 2.2

I never ran mine stock, but I think most run in the 13.8 - 14+. Last year, Georgia Ken ran a 14.2. He then waited; the temp dropped 15 degrees, and he ran a 13.8. Of course, different tracks, different times, different temps; it's hard to compare unless we are all at the same track, on the same day, and at the same time. Nonetheless, you can say you ran a 13.5 stock.

I might add that following Nowhats advice about putting it in Tow/Haul mode made a difference. It never occurred to me but it helped by shaving .1 in the 1/4.

No, dude, you have a factory freak. That's it, plain and simple. Lucky bastard. I officially hate you now.
