I've lived in Orlando, Mayport, Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville, Largo and Tampa. I'd say the west coast was by far the best but you still get the snow birds in the winter.

You could rent that house in New Port Richey and use the Sunshine Expressway into Tampa to work at a good hospital.

No one even mentioned that Mons Venus is in Tampa

Oh yeah the diving is ALOT better on the gulf side unless you get down closer to the Bahamas on the east side.

Love the Gulf Coast... White sand beaches...plenty of work in healthcare around here...might even have an "in" a place or two... certainly at them enough...16 times yesterday...once at the Trauma Center. You ever find yourself in the Tampa Bay area...I can give you the rundown on all the hospitals...contact info...might even know a few people with some pull to get your app to the top. PM me if you need any info...there are plenty of hospitals in the Tampa Bay area.

Good Turkey Hunting...AND they have a Stoplight. It's country Bob...and a great place to ride. Interstate 75 slices right through it...so your pretty much good to go if you have to scoot North or South.

love florida !!! i lived in fort myers and worked in naples.. the prices of homes grow really fast there in fort myers... naples is very beutiful , but very expensive !!!

Naples took a HUGE hit in the recent years...houses are next to nothing!

ALso LOVETHISTRUCK boynton is filled with senior citizens it's where they all retire....I hate driving the 30 min North to visit my G-ma there:argh:

Must be the age difference.....I think the west coast is too laid back and boring except the Tampa area, but the scenery is beautiful....
the east coast is where all the action is at and it's a melting pot of cultures, I like all the things to do here!

I'm trying to break into the water industry, either on the distribution side or the drinking water treatment side. I'm certified here in Cali at Grade II, which I'm hoping will transfer over. I'm working on finding that out now.
