Im trying to find a part number for a timing chain. The factory one 5086533AD is $616.44 I've only got 18000km on my engine.

For those who have done an engine build what brand/part # did you go with?

Is the 8.0L the same chain?

we run the cloyes but it has to be modified a little to work on the gen III , but if you wnt the oem, it can be had for less also

That's the 9-3152A cloyes what kind of modifications are needed. Also if you have a chance can you find out for me what he factory chain is worth. Some of the stuff i get from the dealer has been matched to US prices but some not.

I also seem to keep finding the Cloyes part number 9-135 for 2005 viper car 8.3L raised cam.

Does Cloyes make it Ron?

MADE IN ITALY

Just like any other double roller- Stretches like a bastard almost immediately (even with moderate spring pressures) :(
