zex-srt10,aka Chris Anderson, just had his Red 2004 Reg cab truck stolen in Fayetteville,NC.

Be watching for it or srt and aftermarket parts for sale.

He had it at an audio shop having the head unit and speakers and amps removed to be sold.

I was buying his Mopar headers,zex nitrous kit,QA1 shocks,ebc pads,license frame and tail lights.

Death to thieves !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well now lets see if he was trying to sell maybe he had it go missing .. ops its gone lol...

ya that sucks bro... hope he gets his value out of it from inc company..

Is the shop that had it responsible? After all it was in their care.

Hell he may get more money out of it than from trying to sell it.

Thieves suck, we should institute the removing of hands. That would knock this crap right out IMO.

Joe

that sucks bro. I will keep an eye out here for ya.

Most of the items in my "soon to be installed" line were being bought from him.I highly doubt he would "have it stolen" before selling these items. I don't know about the shop, though. They could've tipped someone off or just been irresponsible and left it unlocked.he said the shop had the keys and that it was locked.

I know that it only takes about 30 seconds to get a RAM open and be gone.Saw it on security video from when I worked for c4l chopperz.Jake lost over $100,000 in bikes to a thief.

HOLY CRAP! 30 seconds!??! My truck sits outside at the moment, thought it is covered. There were 2 rams stolen at the hospital that I work at within the last month...luckily, I don't drive mine there - but 30 seconds is pretty effing quick.

What are people using for security??? I want to get this taken care of - or at least have something to detour them?

I've heard from a few guys that are using a magnet setup on their trucks, where they have to wave a magnet over the dashboard in a certain spot before the thing will start - anybody else using something? A special alarm, etc?

I would never have believed it either, but we saw the video. The bikes were never recovered.Had to be pros. Not sure if he had the security key feature or not.SEEMS like that would help, but I don't know.Mine has the Viper key,so I think I may put mine back to stock configuration just for extra security.

Be SURE to cover your VIN if you have a Viper key mod !!!! A thief can get your vin and have a dealer cut a key for it and be gone with your truck !!
