correct me if i am wrong, but long ago when i got my first QC i read an article on the Hennessey TT Venom 1000 setup. they laid claim that the TT QC would be only .2 sec slower to 150 mph than the old Viper Cars.
now i have no doubt that the changes that were made to your setup make the truck run much smoother and more powerful, but also, and most important, safely.
to say this is a good deal is an understatement. this is the "deal of a century". i wish i would hurry and find out about my little job oportunity. if i cou;d i would snatch this up in a quick..
how bout i give you my engine and $100 a month for the next 9 or so years, huh???? can we make a deal. lol

Well I can tell you first hand I have only had the truck once past 155mph and it was still pulling. I slowed down cause it was a bit too fast to be going in a qc. No doubt though the set up will get to 150 quick

just wondering out of pure curiosity, any idea what that thing would do in the quarter if you had slicks. i imagine tracktion is a whole different problem for you than it is for the rest of us

i took my bro for a ride on one of the country backroads here and hit 140 before he bitched out and asked me to slow down....it def felt like it had more juice to squeeze.:rock:

ahhhh, it was dark and a narrow road but it was wide open and empty....i wouldn't do that dumb shit on a road or highway with traffic.

i took my street bike to 167 on a back road years ago out in your area.
If im driving i can go fast but the moment im sitting in the passenger seat im that guy saying whoa whoa whoa slow the f*ck down lol
Well to be quit honest I really couldn't tell you because I've only run it on an 1/8 and yes there was traction problem even with the dr's.

Been there done that also! Got rid of mine about a year ago. Had four bikes through the years. 98 r1 , 03 r1, 05 r1, 09 gsxr1000 which I kept the least amount of time cause I didn't like the way it rode. Anyway on my 05 r1 I've hit 196mph on the turnpike.
i would say with the right traction setup, caltracs, full slicks and a built rear end, it's a solid 10 sec. truck...
Hard to say cause I never had the proper set up! Lol!
