venom hoods (how and who???)

It seems that every time i try to find the hood through the search tool all the threads are dated. It seems that someone made a limited number of these hoods and by the date sounds like a while ago.

Are there any left out there or could someone throw me the members name who made them please. Any help would be aprech.
