They should fit. Great find Kyle. I'd be bidding if I didn't already have mine ported by Joe.

I got to thinking maybe I shouldn't have posted this up:D Because I will be bidding on them:( Thanks for the info tim:rock:

Does porting the heads on these engines really increase horsepower that much? I assume a cam is also used to increase the valve lift duration.

Yes, porting OEM heads can give anywhere from 30-50 hp. Some say Strikers can give 60-80.

80 hp for 500.00 bucks sounds good to me. what do you guys think?

I'm sure they will sell for much higher.

Don't forget the install costs (labor, gaskets, fluids, etc.)

From looking at the pics I can't tell if those are OEM heads ported by JM, or if they are the Strikers. If they are the Strikers you are not going to get them for $500. They cost 6K new.

If they are OEMs that are ported by JM, I think they get about 3K-4K for the port work;)

How much hp can be gained by ONLY porting and polishing the heads and port matching the intake runners?
prolly not much. You need a better cam profile to take advantage of the increase in air flow.:dontknow:
