VTCOA Traveling Banner

I have had the VTCOA traveling banner for a while and it needs a new home. It is fairly full of signatures, it has some real history. I'm wondering if the banner should go to Shaggy (site owner) or ViperJeff to keep as part of the registry history?

I think we should preserve this one and start a new banner. What do you think?

Why the hell would we give it to shaggy, he had nothing to do with it or has nothing to do with it... If anyone give it to Patrick of Jeff....

The only arguement I would have for Shaggy is he purchased the VTCoA and Patrick sold it lock, stock and banner.
