What do you know or think about US Fedelis

I wonder if they hassel you about having prof of maint. like oil changes

Never had any problems, I took my car to the shop for what ever problem, called the claims hotline, let the service people know that I had an extended warranty, and they took care of the rest.

US FIDELS......... IMO a rip off.

My wife bought a 3,500 plan. The differential broke in our srt8 and they will only pay 2 hours labor and they are replacing the diff with a used part........ they will only pay for 2 days of rental and the car will be in the shop for 2 weeks +. AND i have to pay 800 dollars.

Please look elsewhere. When we get our car back we will be going with who my dad uses.

STAY AWAY FROM ALL 3RD PARTY WARRANTIES!! All 3rd party warranties have a clause in their contract "Like in Kind Parts" maybe used at anytime. That means "USED PARTS" may go on your vehicle. They also will do anything to get out of paying for a repair. They WILL send an inspector to take a look at your vehicle and find any reason they can to decline your claim. Any modification to your vehicle, any mod; change of tire size, cold air intake, exhaust, doesnt matter and they can cancel and deny your claim. Only purchase a Chrysler Service Contract for these trucks. One huge advantage... If you have an internal engine problem your engine will be sent to the Viper Warranty Center aka Arrow Racing for repairs.

Short story about a 3rd party warranty with an Q.C.SRT10:
customer brought his truck in because the trans was slipping. His 3rd party warranty sent an inspector to look at the vehicle. They declined and cancelled his policy because he had a chrome intake manifold!!

Also keep in mind you have 4 years and 48k miles to extend you factory warranty through Dodge.

What can you have done to your vechicle with the chrysler warenty? Headers, cat back, cold air and do you have to take it to a dealership or to a ASE mechanic of your choice

Well I called today because I had not heard anything from them and now they said they have refunded my money back to my account and they do not cover SRT-10's

So I have a 2006 ram 2500 with a lot of performance mods done, programmer, intake, bigger intercooler, exhaust , rebuilt bedded up tranny, and looking at a twin turbo. What all could I get covered with the chrylser contract??

Nope, the cummins has a warranty of 10/100,000 but you pretty much screwed the pooch when you put the programmer on it.

Right, but if your tech opens the hood and see's a bunch of performance parts (especially a tt set up) he'll say hell no. But some stuff should still be covered such as suspension etc. But as far as drivetrain thats probaly a no go bud.

I told you that was going to happen. I was a the deallership and talking to the service guy, he said us fidelis makes the customer pay for diagnostics to find out the problem, and then never cover all of the labor. It is a good thing they don't cover us.
