What mods to go fast

I just bought a 05 RC. I would like to make it run low 12's high 11's. What mods should i do? I don't want to do a supercharger or turbo yet. I would like to do it on all motor.

NOS

Deleate youre cats first thing,
PCM tune but if you run nos stay with the factory pcm
there is all kind of things you can do internal but youre talking big money...ask justin with jmb performance , seems like he has got it wired

awdisuzu ran a 12 flat with a 175 shot with stageII and race gas. I'm still amazed. and that was in a quad cab
