what do the long tube headers bolt up to? I know the bassanis bolt up to the stock cats. I planned on getting a JMB midpipe to replace the cats. but the price of the bassanis and the midpipe id be at the price of some long tubes.

Shorties or Long tubes, you're still going to need mid-pipes! Long tubes does not eliminate the need for mid-pipes!! If I'm reading your post right?:dontknow:
