why not put a roof on it and screen-tite it?

(that's the builder talking;))
If your suggesting I do any work like this, I feel my thumbs hurt already.:p I'm looking for a 3 season room type deal. (PS, I don't even know what a screen tite is:eek: )

i'll email you a contract...;)

they're just a little..."cheesy" to me...

and screen-tite is the screening system that you can replace just a piece and not tear the whole damn thing down...(same as on the porch above) looks great, too...

i don't mean to hate on the pre-fabs...

i just haven't seen many that look...."good"...and the ones that do...are as much as the real thing...so it's a catch 22...

You know, I never thought to ask for a number on a "conventional one. I do know that a 16 x 14 prefab with windows was quoted at 11,000.

the top one...was just under 22k...but it's a second story, brick columns, electrical, catv, a 3k door unit to replace the window, tongue and groove flooring, and tongue and groove beaded ceiling with explosed rafters....

i would check around;)

call me if you got any questions...i can tell you what to ask for;) (864)569-7075

I'm really just looking to keep the mosquitos off me, stay dry in the rain, and have a place to escape to and smoke a cigar. I know I wont be out there in the dead of winter. (but the cats will). :) PS , thanks for the offer and your number. If you ever need a large piece of sewer pipe, or a valve, or pump,.... etc............call me 516 314 3945
