yep...still working... but at the same time...

we tore the roof off the garage side (where the garage door is was existing building)

the room that is blue was the old workout room...we put a full bath and kitchen in...

turning a garage into a huge workout/apartment/poolhouse just another day at the office:rock: what you see here has only been about 2 weeks we don't play

Me neither but dealing with Unions here are a pain in the ass... I need to have a laborer on everyday because no trade is responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Even as they chew fkn pumpkin seeds and spit the shells on the floor.

this is landon powell's house in downtown greenville... doing some siding/ wrapping/ post/beam work on this one. he's a catcher for the oakland a's. i don't care if the a's suck, it's still cool to me...

lots of petty stuff... never stained the handrails and posts, or the insides of the entry doors, painted walls need another coat, master bathroom water closet still in primer...

just as soon as you get the roller full of paint, you're done...

that kinda stuff takes forever... it's a glorified punch list... but that's ok... work is work, and money's money
