I don't find the video shocking, I think it'd be good on TV.
The blunt truth will get the message across. Nothing else seems to work.

His career as a speedbump didn't last very long.
He did endanger the lives of everyone around him.... on so many levels.
Could there be mitigating circumstances? Was he mentally ill and didn't take his meds. Did he take too many meds. We don't usually know.
I have no problem with the outcome. It was a part of destiny.....
The deer didn't do anything to be killed. It was just a combination of cars vs: nature.....
I feel sorry for the innocent deer.....
The guy fell victim to his own personal choices.......
Both are regrettable.
