Death Valley has always been 30 - 50 cents more than the regular current price of gas. Death Valley preys on unaware drivers who get caught up in the drive between LA and Vegas. If you don't time it right you will be bit.

Gas accually gone down a little here. It ranges between $3.98 to $4.05 a gallon for regular.

3.60 91 octane, chevron on pch in laguna, didnt know la is so $$ orange county soon :dontknow:
 
Gas is now lower than when I bought the truck in 2005. I am now paying around $2.30 for 91 octane.

401K is taking a beating (down 52% so far this year) went way too risky. Thank god I won't have to depend upon it for a retirement in 20 year. Army and federal employee pension.
