With the drop, I doubt you'll be able to get the alignment to factory spec. When I lifted my Chevy, the installer said "it will align to stock"... BS -- it wasn't even close to stock when all was said and done. Like Tony advised, you'll need an old hand at the alignment game to tweak it a bit. Also, I'd replace that other caliper if you could. My truck right now is going thru some "aging pain" and it seems the thing is falling apart and wearing out all at once...
