These pics do not show the adjustable wing supports or chute mounts that were fabed up after these pics were taken.

Something is causing rub marks way ABOVE the rear tires on my plastic wheel well liners without ever having anything in the box. I weigh 200 pounds and bouncing on the trailer hitch with the truck parked doesn't come close to lowering the box enough to get near those marks.
Also, that 2" wide slot underneath the wing is supposed to create what Chrysler calls a " horizontal cylindrical tornado" which creates a high pressure area on the tailgate instead of the normal drag.
So, I think the wing does "something".

I had that a few times before the caltracs.

They actually rub right through, especially after a long, fast trip. The dealer was quite confused and replaced them on warranty.

.
So something is dropping the box enough for the tires to steadily contact the liners; long enough to rub right through...the wing??
But I am talking sustained speeds of over 100.
The tires don't seem to rub at more normal speeds.
