Ok Cuban, jsut rolled in the house, and walked outside for ya bo, looking at it , I see only one solution,
You gonna have to get a angle drill, sears has them, and maybe norther hydraulics , somewhere like that, or lowes, but it drills at a 90 degree angle, but a couple "really" good bits, starting with 1/8 inch, to about a 1/4, I cant stress enough take your time
If you can use a punch and a small hammer to make a mark to begin the drill, that would be best, after its drilled to 1/4, then take a small torx and hammer it in, there is enough room, you may have to use a 1/4 inch extension, but it should be able to remove it bo
