X-Metal TB BOLTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Man bo, I want be home till late tommorrow night to look at mine, the only other thing that comes to mind is this, and not even sure if it will work, but it may scare the TB a tad

take a small chisle, and on the outter edge of the bolt angle the chisle straight in, pop with a hammer, thats the starting point, then angle the chisle downward and hit again, sometimes it will break it loose that way

other than that I will look tommorrow night and ssee wht I can come up with for ya

Sound advice.
Wrap some towels + duct tape around the TB to protect it during the process.

Another option: Freeze the bolt! Sometimes "shocking" the bolt with heat or cold will help loosen them.
They're a little pricey, but I've heard of guys using the Dr. Schol's Wart Remover (liquid nitrogen) to help with stuck bolts in tight places.
I've not done it....yet....so no promises on results. Try it at your own risk. :)

Lastly, you may want to invest a few bucks in one of those GatorGrip sockets. They're handy for stripped bolts. You can get them at most home improvement and hardware stores.

the bolts have no head there the ones that come with Boomers kit they are really cheap I should have used the ones from factory

Worst case, grind the head of the bolt off with a dremel. Better solution is to center punch the bolt head and drill it off. Drill into the shaft of the bolt, and when the drill bit gets deep enough, it will turn the remaining bolt head into a doughnut on the drill bit.

Then the throttle body will come off, and a pair of pliers can grab the remaining bolt shaft.

You can get to it with a long drill bit or a dremel tool. Using the drill will be just like drilling out a poprivet.

Hmmmmmmm.I haven't used mine as I didn't have a 12-point socket available.
I THOUGHT they were Gardner-Westcot stainless ? Supposedly VERY high quality . Did you use threadlocker on them or did they just seize ? Maybe before I put mine on I will use some anti-seize.IF I use them, that is.

Hmmmmmmmmmm.Maybe I better leave the stock ones in mine.
After thinking about my first post,I don't think the bolts were from G-W,but I was sure they were stainless.

Hope you get 'em out ,man !

Ok Cuban, jsut rolled in the house, and walked outside for ya bo, looking at it , I see only one solution,
You gonna have to get a angle drill, sears has them, and maybe norther hydraulics , somewhere like that, or lowes, but it drills at a 90 degree angle, but a couple "really" good bits, starting with 1/8 inch, to about a 1/4, I cant stress enough take your time;)
If you can use a punch and a small hammer to make a mark to begin the drill, that would be best, after its drilled to 1/4, then take a small torx and hammer it in, there is enough room, you may have to use a 1/4 inch extension, but it should be able to remove it bo
