They look better and sound better. Get one from JMB Performance. They are the best looking by far.
 
Yes, it cost me 2-3 tenths in the 1/4 mile. No other changes. Save the money and get a sct tune from Torrie.

Wow that's a big change how different was the weather? Yeah Torrie is a name I have heard a lot in my searches about this truck. Does he charge if I need a new tune like if I buy the tuner now and then add the shorty headers?

you get 3 tunes when u get an sct from torrie. do what i did, had a plan of what i could get done in a couple months, so i waited, installed the mods and got 1 of 3 tune from torrie. now if i do more mods i still have 2 open spaces on the sct for torrie to give me upgraded tunes.
 
Welcome to the RBC! I completely agree with all that has already been said, forget the CAI, get a SCT from Torrie, and :needpics:

Get the cai and a tune from Torrie :D have fun and stay safe.

I have a red QC for now. Color change coming up after a new engine build...

Be careful adding mods is like an addiction... Once you do your first you want something better :)

Just to follow up some. Its been raining to much for me to get any pics taken of the truck yet. But I did order a Volant CAI and a California Car Cover cover for it today. Hopefully it will stop raining and my stuff with get here soon.

Welcome to the club Chargerman.:five:...and dont listen to any of the boobs above...especially that FatJack guy..he drives a Ford F-150 with SRT stickers all over it....;)..............................J/K....you came to the right place to learn how to properly mod an SRT10...these guys have learned from mistakes and now can keep you from them....BTW..why Chargerman426?....have you owned a stroked Charger?...

My dad owns a '69 charger with a 440 in it. Back when I started to getting on forms and game networks chargerman440 was taken so the next best thing was chargerman426 so I just use it for all for all of the forms I join.
 
CAI not worth it ????? I threw my K&N on and could tell 1 mpg more in highway miles. but I guess that loud sucking noise is worthless too huh ?

I guess the 21 hp dyno proven by k&n is BS too.
