Considering going Turbo-D

I do love my SRT-10 but it's my daily driver. Moving from TX/LA area to MD/VA and now Denver, CO snow has become a factor. Looking at a 2011/12 Ram 2500 Crew Cab Big Horn or Laramie. With employee pricing and rebates the one I want had an MSRP of $52,195, got it down to $44,224.

Deal really hinges on the dealership. They have called several times wanting to buy my 10. But I ain't letting her go for a loss or less than what I deem reasonable. My 06 Night Runner has 52,000 miles and some minor flaws. I think $27,000 is what I am wishfully thinking in my head. I owe about $23,000 and change on her.

i think 27k is totally resonable. miles are kinda high, but not only is it a ten, its a limited edition and only 200ish QC NR were ever made and will ever be made.

i have been lookin at turbo diesels all year, and Cummins arent easy to come buy (a good used one). but diesels are all over.

yeah heard the new diesels are really nice been contemplating one next year before winter. since if all goes well the 10 is officially paid off end of this month. but my 10 is staying just getting rest in the winter in my garage while i drive the diesel all winter

Jeep is too small, it doesn't exactly fit a Sasquatch well. I wan't to put a Viper motor in the 55! That toy is paid for. You just wan't my :elefant:fancy:elefant: hood so all the girls will hang out by your truck at the car shows!

Why even go diesel? There nice yes but way higher up keep. Find a nice low mile Hemi and keep the 10.
