Pump is spewing almost all the oil outtah it just when i warm up the engine.....cannot drive it.

Stealership wants BIG $$$$.

Thanks

Spewing from pump itself or lines bro? Hadn't seen a pump itself leak? I'm sure they can though. :dontknow:

Got mine from CARQUEST for like $60-70, haven't had any problems. You'll have to swap out the pulley and reservoir though.

got 2 dodge options for you... you dont have to replace the bracket and all that. thats for the other 1500's not srt-10

brand new pump p/n 5093985AA list for 355.00
reman pump p/n R5093985AA list for $139.00

Mine dropped all the fluid last night. Just had it towed to the dealership this morning. Still waiting to hear what is wrong.

Part number is 20-608, $87.99 with core. Reservoir is only held on with two clips, pulley is easy to swap but you can probably have a shop take it off for $25 would be my guess. Only three bolts hold pump to engine, pretty easy job really.

When I did mine back in November, I had the same exact problem. I had leaky lines that I ended up going through a bottle of fluid every week. Got the new lines on and as soon as I turned it on and turned the wheel to see everything was good it started spewing from all over the pump. Only thing I could think was the pump was getting warn out and exhausted from being run low and sadly empty a few times that when it went back to regular pressure it couldn't take it.

Tony said to go OEM but I just couldn't see(or afford with the holidays) spending $250+ on a P/S pump. I went to O'Reilys and they ordered me a remaned one with a lifetime warranty. I said if this one went I would go OEM but it's been 5 months now and not a issue yet.

I have bypass lines since I no longer have hydraulic fan, so my PS pump is really working good with what I'm running.
